9. Communications Consent, Marketing Communications & TCPA Disclosure

By calling NearbyPros, submitting your information through our website, forms, advertisements, landing pages, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you expressly consent to receive communications from NearbyPros, participating service professionals, contractors, affiliates, marketing partners, lead buyers, advertisers, and related service providers.
